Welcome to SM-Domizil-HKBondage, your unique retreat in the heart of the picturesque Eifel. Our charming holiday home, the SM Retreat in the Eifel, with a generous living space of 140m², is located in close proximity to breathtaking natural beauties such as the Eifel National Park, Hellenthal Wildlife Park, and the Oleftal Dam. Here, a combination of flair, charm, and an atmosphere that will stimulate your senses awaits you.

Since March 2017, we offer you the opportunity to rent our exclusive house for up to 4 people (more upon request). Discover three lovingly designed floors, away from annoying neighbors and with parking right in front of the house. Indulge your desires and fetishes in our three fully equipped playrooms, furnished with high-quality play furniture such as a rotating St. Andrew’s Cross, pillory, Erector, punishment chair, sling, stretching bench, electric gynecological chair, ladder wall, slave table cage, facesitting, and Marterphal.

Overnight prices:
- Arrival during the week (Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 11 AM): €190/night taxes for up to 2 people
- Weekend arrival (Friday 4 PM to Sunday 11 AM): €440/weekend taxes for up to 2 people
- For occupancy with more than 2 guests, there is a surcharge of €25 per day and person.
Additional fees:
- One-time cleaning fee: €120
- Tourist tax: €1.50/person and night
Important notes:
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
- Included in the rental price: towels, bed linen, hairdryer, various drinks (water, juice, coffee, tea) as well as all play equipment.
- Reservation by email or phone possible
- Rental price is due no later than 5 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation; only after payment is received, the booking is considered binding
- Automatic cancellation in case of late payment
- For more guests than registered: additional charge of €240/night Taxes
