Since spring 2017, our spacious fetish house can be booked for a pleasurable stay. The domicile is perfect for the curious, beginners, and advanced practitioners. It covers 140 square meters over three floors and has sleeping accommodations for four people (more on request). The furnishings in our three playrooms meet the highest standards. High-quality play furniture is available in the domicile and included in the rental price. From the rotating St. Andrew’s Cross to the stretching bench and electric gynecological chair to the Sybian and slave table cage, everything has been thought of. Additionally, numerous toys such as whips, floggers, dildos, and plenty of leather accessories are available. You can let your imagination and playfulness run wild.<\/p>

The domicile was styled by SM enthusiasts for like-minded people with expertise and love. Our guests should feel comfortable and live out their fetish without any worries. On the ground floor is the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
